Pictures of Emma, the Aisling mascot. Emma is a miniature dachshund who doesn't really believe she is a dog. Emma has a new sister, Luna Pi, and brother, Topper, both born 3.14 2010. Dachshunds rule!
I really love the snow, but sometimes it piles up on my ears and I have to shake it off. We're getting some more snow today. I wish someone would go shovel it off the back patio so I could play some more.
No snow on the Left Coast; just massively in-bloom daffodils, narcissus, grape hyacinth, fruit trees, coast redwood, acacia and ornamental pear...however it looks like snow with all the falling pedals.
Emma was so excited about the additional snowfall this morning that she jumped into a pile and disappeared. She was chasing the shovel down the driveway - whoosh - into the drift inside the fence. Despite all that she did NOT want to come inside to warm up. When I plucked her out of the snow she was shivering - mostly with excitement, but I don't think she needs to get so cold all at once.
She spent the rest of the early morning whining at the door to go outside. Silly Emma dog!

will mum & dad do as instructed?
i love your doxie!!!
Pete - she got her wish when we shoveled the path. Totally buried in snow and loving every second of it.
Heidi - thanks, we love her, too!
So glad little Emma is getting her snow-time in.

Emma must have special powers over the weather and has orchestrated all this blissful snow for her to play in!
You are such lucky humans to serve the all masterful Emma
We feel pretty lucky to have her. She is such a fun dog to be around.
