Pictures of Emma, the Aisling mascot. Emma is a miniature dachshund who doesn't really believe she is a dog. Emma has a new sister, Luna Pi, and brother, Topper, both born 3.14 2010. Dachshunds rule!
Here's one last Halloween photo for this year. I'm not sure how I ended up as a devil again (it's so far off from my true character), but I did. Alas...
Hi Emma! Nice to meet you. My mom says I was the same color as you when I was a pup but I'm a red doxie now. We get lots of questions because of my name. Have a great day! Snuggles, Twix
Emma enjoyed all the turkey scraps and any other human food tidbits that came her way. She entertained three cats for the long holiday weekend. More accurately, she mostly ignored two adult cats and tried to kill a kitten. Ok, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but she did try to chomp the neck of the kitten. She thought it was just a fancy squeeze toy, and she begged for it just like she does all her favorite toys.
Emma is five years old and this kitten episode is the first time she has ever had a nose smack. It hurt her feelings big time, as you might imagine. She spent the remainder of the weekend wondering why she couldn't play with her new "toy."

How was Emma's Turkey-day? Did she do anything special?

So, she had a good weekend all-in-all.
