We had some fun with lighting this morning. Here are the results:

A few days ago, February 28th to be precise, there was a pack meeting held in my chair. I think it was a celebration of a sunny morning. It was also, apparently, a good time to romp.

Luna's been getting way too much attention lately. First, she's Dadderd's favorite subject for black and white photography. Second, she was the cute pet of the day for November 3rd.

I don't think that's fair. Look! I should be on a calendar or something. I'm much more adorable than she is . . .

Emma: You don't have anything to worry about, Topper. Besides being cute, you're much more fun to play with than that ol' stick-in-the-mud.

Why am I not surprised? She is, indeed, a cute pet! So are Emma and Topper, though, so please don't spill the beans. We wouldn't want them to be jealous.

Luna in Black & White

My Sunday morning routine is to make a cup of coffee and then sit in my comfy chair to read the paper. Usually all three dogs are vying for attention and want to sit in my lap at the same time. It makes the first few sections of the paper pretty tough to read. After a while, though, the dogs find something else to do (usually involving some begging for food in the kitchen when someone else is fixing their breakfast). By the time I get to the comics section, Luna has my lap to herself. I think it's a clever strategy.

Luna Pi at 3 weeks

Luna Pi is now three weeks old. It looks like she's a smooth coat. That will give her an unfair advantage when it comes to play time with Emma. Luna will be able to grab Emma's long ears, but Emma won't have that long hair to snag in return.

Luna has quite a fun personality already. Emma is going to have her paws full when Luna comes to live with us.

Maybe she's going to be a longhair? Too soon to tell, but we have some hope.

A Pi Day puppy!

This might be Emma's new play mate. She was born yesterday 3.14, which makes her a Pi Puppy.

There were five puppies born - 4 males and this cute Isabella and Tan female.
